Mid- Night Thoughts

Mid- Night Thoughts

Hello people!!

I have to admit, I haven’t been around much lately. I’ve either been really good at finding ways to avoid doing things or just not showing up here. But guess what? I’ve suddenly found some motivation (for now at least), so here I am, back in action!

Let’s talk about what’s been on my mind lately when I can’t sleep at night.

I’ve been making up fake situations in my head to help me fall asleep easier. Why? Well, it’s to stop my brain from thinking about all sorts of random stuff that keeps me awake. Sounds strange? Yeah, that’s kind of the idea! I’m pretty good at it now. Life’s been going okay for me – I’ve been busy with work, doing some projects, and trying out different coffee shops in town (because why not?). It’s basically become my new hobby.

Oh, New Year resolutions… the thing where you set goals that you might forget about by February. This year, I’ve realized that setting small goals that I can achieve quickly makes me happier than trying to tackle big ones all at once.

And you know what else? This year, I’m planning to dedicate a good chunk of my time to my hobbies. Whether it’s painting, writing, or trying out new coffee recipes, I’ve realized how important it is to make time for the things that bring me joy. It’s like giving myself a little gift of happiness every day.”

I saw something on Instagram that made me think. It said, “We don’t know everything about ourselves.” And It’s totally true! I’ve noticed how my tastes and interests have shifted over time. Stuff I used to be crazy about just doesn’t do it for me anymore, and things I never thought I’d be into suddenly catch my eye.

It’s like life is this constant journey of figuring ourselves out. Even the thought of it is so fascinating because embracing these changes has allowed me to explore new passions and interests I never knew I had.

As for the future? We don’t know… So yeah that is for today. I’ll try to be more consistent.
